Management Team

Dónal is the Chairman of Avoca Capital with responsibility for investment and business strategy, fund raising and investor relations.

Dónal worked for the AIB Group between 1990 and 2002. Prior to his departure from AIB he was Director of Acquisition Finance and CLO Investment Director. In the latter role, he had specific responsibility for the management of AIB’s two CLO funds. Prior to AIB, Dónal worked for Aer Lingus in a number of roles including aeronautical engineering and investment activities. Dónal has a Bachelor of Engineering and an MBA from University College Dublin.
